Homeowners in Original Eagles Nest and Three Peaks may also opt into the 2026 noxious weed spraying program for an additional $45.00, payable with annual dues.

As of March 1, 2026, accounts are subject to a $100 late fee.

Credit card processing fees are now $9 (dues only) or $10 (dues + weed program) and are included in the total amounts shown.

An additional $100 late fee will be assessed each month thereafter until the balance is paid in full.
