Eagles Nest

Your ENPHA annual dues assessment notification was sent to you via USPS on January 1.  The assessment is $200.00 per property payable by January 31, 2025.  Homeowners in original Eagles Nest and Three Peaks may choose to participate in the 2025 noxious weed-spraying program by paying a fee of $45.00 along with your annual dues. 
 
Payments received after January 31st, 2025 will incur a $100 late fee, and an additional $100 per month thereafter.
