Owner Resources

ENPHA is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in beautiful Silverthorne, Colorado. Our community is contained within 1,000 acres, and comprised of 12 sub-associations. Our membership of 783 lies at the base of the Gore Range, with its high alpine lakes, streams, waterfalls and wildlife. Use our extensive trail system to take you away for a day hike or a longer backpacking adventure.

The Association maintains the attractive Community Center and John Taylor Pavilion for use by members.  Located at 2700 Golden Eagle Road, the facility is available for rent year around.

ENPHA is determined to rid our community of non-native (or noxious) weeds.   The Association assists property owners in identifying and eradicating these weeds.

The quality of our natural environment is a big concern of ENPHA.  We work with and assist property owners in an effort to develop a healthy, safe, and attractive environment.
