Your ENPHA annual dues assessment notification was sent to you via USPS on January 2.  The assessment is $200.00 per property payable by January 31, 2020.  Homeowners in original Eagles Nest and Three Peaks may choose to participate in the 2020 noxious weed-spraying program by paying a discounted fee of just $30.00 along with your annual dues.

3. Click on the "pay now" button. A $6.00 convenience fee will apply to use his service.
