South Entrance Tulip Planting
Many thanks to the volunteers who planted 5,000 Holland tulip bulbs at the
south Eagles Nest entrance and Community Center. This coming Spring should be a brilliant display of
tulips that will measure over 24 inches tall.
Thanks to Dave Anderson for all his efforts and to the volunteers: Jan Shipman, Donna Stein, Susan Gleazer, Gene Uhlmann, Cindy Maine, Jan Leuthauser, George Resseguie, Linda St John, John Ahlquist, Bob Mock, Ruth Kent, Barbara Campbell, Cindy Gordon, Nancy Deppe,and Paul Camillo who donated their time and hard work. These volunteers represented The Ranch, Old Eagles Nest, The Aspens, Three Peaks, Elk Haven and The Homestead.
We look forward to a brilliant display of new tulips this coming spring.
Weed Mitigation
ENPHA is determined to rid our community of non-native (or noxious) weeds. The Association assists property owners in identifying and eradicating these weeds.
Rules & Compliance
ENPHA operates under a set of rules designed to protect the best interest of our community and enhance property values. These rules are founded upon the Decs and Covenants of the Association and are enforced by the seven-member Board of Directors.

The quality of our natural environment is a big concern of ENPHA. We work with and assist property owners in an effort to develop a healthy, safe, and attractive environment.
