Owners Information | Annual ENPHA Meeting
ENPHA has 814 properties (about 750 owners), and owners in good standing are entitled to notice of and the right to vote at the Annual Meeting. A meeting quorum requires 163 properties (20% of 814) to be represented in order to conduct the Annual Meeting and transact any business that may arise during the meeting. Ownership records are as recorded in the Summit County Assessors Office.
